For January, we’re proud to recognize Junior Blackmore, Operations Manager, out of Escondido, California. Junior has been a standout leader at Factory #250 in Escondido. As Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations, supporting fabrication, installation, and scheduling for this factory. Blackmore’s leadership and commitment to follow-through help ensure projects are completed efficiently and customers walk away satisfied. He believes empowerment and inclusion are essential to building strong operations.
