In support of our virtual-first working model, all Thumbtackers receive a remote work stipend to use towards personal development, fitness, caregiving and more. Dianne Eileen Magsombol (she/her), Recruiting Manager, has been using her stipend for childcare services. “I have been using my stipend for both my kids — to pay for childcare services as well as learning and essentials… it’s one less thing to worry about from the long list of things parents may need,” Dianne says.
