Each spring, our Executive Leadership celebrates our team by scooping complimentary ice cream sundaes in recognition of Paul Leone Servant Leadership Day. This annual event is centered on serving others, and this year, we partnered with the Center for Child Counseling to provide therapy toys for children in need!

At The Breakers, servant leadership is in our DNA. Our team members are passionate about supporting others through the company's paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program. With VTO, every individual can feel empowered to give back during work hours. This past year, the team recorded 32,782 volunteer hours!

Our iconic resort is a reflection of the many talented individuals who comprise our team. In celebration of #WomensHistoryMonth, The Breakers is highlighting a few of the fantastic females who contribute to making our organization an incredible workplace. This week, meet Nikki who began her career as a hostess at Flagler Steakhouse. Fast forward 16 years, Nikki now holds the position of Assistant Director - Food & Beverage, Restaurants, where she oversees the operations of HMF and The Italian Restaurant. “With so many opportunities, I have been fortunate to grow my career with The Breakers. Throughout my food & beverage journey, I have realized that my true passion lies with helping team members grow and discover their purpose - similar to how my mentors guided and encouraged me. This company has so much flexibility and the people are amazing; they truly support one another and each person's goals. It's a pleasure to come to work every day and be surrounded by so many talented people."
