We are delighted to announce that our Summer Fridays initiative is back for 2024! This year, we’re enhancing our commitment to employee wellbeing by partnering with Sonder, our new provider for safety, medical, and mental health services. Summer Fridays give all Corporate employees the opportunity to end their work week early, logging off at 2:00 PM every Friday. For our Frontline, Contractors, and Casual employees, we offer a Summer Day—an extra paid day off during this period. Taking regular breaks, fostering connections, and achieving a healthy work-life balance are essential for overall engagement and wellbeing.
