We recently conducted an HR Booth – “A Journey with HR” to strengthen employee engagement and enhance the overall HR experience. The event followed an HR Passport concept with four dedicated zones: Suggestion Box, LinkedIn Assistance, Spin the Wheel (HR trivia), and a Lucky Draw area. Employees collected stamps from each zone to qualify for the lucky draw, and winners received appreciation goodies. This initiative successfully encouraged feedback, supported career development, and fostered positive interaction between employees and the HR team.
Our week-long Diwali celebration at TBO was all about vibrant traditions, creativity, and community! Throughout the week, teams came together for fun activities and cultural engagements that sparked joy, teamwork, and festive energy across the office. The celebrations concluded with a heartwarming get-together - filled with laughter, colour, and traditional spirit. The highlight of the week? The incredible children from Lotus Petal Foundation, who joined us celebrate Diwali and showcase their talent - dance, acrobatics, singing, and a short play. Their performance brought unmatched energy and reminded us what Diwali truly stands for- sharing joy, celebrating togetherness, and lighting up lives around us.
