🏆 Celebrating Sonnedix’s First UNEF Sustainability Seal 🏆 We’re delighted to be awarded the UNEF Sustainability Seal for our 20 MW El Carrascal plant, located in Andalusia, Spain. The UNEF Sustainability Seal is an award given to companies that demonstrate best practices in the Spanish photovoltaic industry. El Carrascal was awarded for its innovative approach to sustainability, including its use of cutting-edge renewable technology, biodiversity conservation efforts, and commitment to minimising environmental impact. Last week, during Sustainability Day at the Spanish Congress of Deputies, the official certificate was presented to Carolina Nester, representing Sonnedix at the event. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and the dedication of our incredible OneTeam. A special thanks goes to Mercedes Menéndez Sánchez, whose remarkable dedication and effort were key in achieving this milestone. 🏆 Sonnedix Wins PFI Portfolio Deal of the Year Award! 🏆 We are thrilled to announce that we were awarded “Portfolio Deal of the Year” by Project Finance International, for our record €3.25bn refinancings - topping off a big 2024. The award recognises the innovative nature and scale of the two refinancings, announced in December, and the role they will play in accelerating the growth of our renewable energy pipeline across Europe, including energy storage projects. Congratulations to our Project Finance team for this well-deserved recognition, as well as our banking partners and advisors who worked tirelessly to make these landmark transactions possible 🎉

Over 28 Sonnedix employees from across the globe unplugged from their desks and daily routines to immerse themselves in five days of adventure and learning in nature. The team engaged in hands-on activities like raft building, hiking, abseiling, and rock climbing, all while tackling team challenges that fostered collaboration and camaraderie. 🎉 Celebrating Safety Champions Identifying and stopping potential safety incidents before they happen is vital. Every quarter we run a safety observation contest designed to encourage our One Team to support safety in the workplace. This competition promotes safety awareness and proactivity amongst our team members, enhancing our health and safety culture. Submissions require the early identification of something that could become a safety issue, along with the actions needed to resolve it.
