In honor of Veterans Day, Serv-U Team Members partnered with Meijer’s mVets team to assemble 800 care packages for military personnel serving overseas. We love being part of meaningful volunteer opportunities like this that allow us to give back to those who give so much. To our Serv-U Team Members who have served, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your service and sacrifices mean more than words can express. As a small token of appreciation, we have mailed a gift to all of our veterans here at Serv-U-Success. A special thank-you goes out to Black Rifle Coffee Company for generously donating the mugs included in each package. It’s a privilege to work with vendors who share our commitment to supporting our veterans and making a difference in the communities we serve. We're thrilled to introduce the new role of Field Operations Manager to our team! This pivotal position focuses on empowering our in-store team members with the tools and training they need to excel. At a recent seminar, we had the privilege of training a fantastic group of leaders who are now ready to drive Serv-U's mission forward.

Our agenda included: Mastering SubItUp Projects and Tasks with hands-on training Understanding the essential functions of an ASM Implementing the Backroom 5S Checklist Interview Skills Learning Training Methods We had a blast meeting so many dedicated ASMs and are thrilled with their commitment to investing in themselves. Huge shoutout to our University Team and ASMs for making this event an unforgettable success! 👏🙌
