SRx Leadership Summit 2025: Empowering Our Teams for Success! 🌟 In late February, we hosted the SelectRx Leadership Summit at our Indianapolis facility! This event brought together managers and leaders across the company to collaborate on how we can better support our teams and continue making strides in the pharmacy industry. Overall, this was a great opportunity to focus on reinforcing our core values and prioritize associate experience and growth 🏥💜 As we continue to lead and innovate in the pharmacy space, we remain committed to building a culture of collaboration, growth, and support for all at SelectRx!
Recently two of our Medication Therapy Management team pharmacists, Alexa H, PharmD, Samantha R, PharmD and MTM team intern, Owen S attended the annual Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association Conference held in Harrisburg.💊⭐ Our team had the opportunity to network with fellow pharmacists, interns, and students gaining valuable insights on documentation and medical billing for pharmacist services. “This was a great opportunity for us to expand upon our knowledge and gain insight on how to be able to bill and provide more MTM clinical services for our patients. 🚀 Milestone Moment at SelectRx! 🚀 Today marks a pivotal moment in our journey – the first class of technicians, PV2 pharmacists, and shippers officially start at our Olathe, KS facility! 🎉 This is the result of months of hard work across multiple teams: recruiting, training, IT, facilities, and onsite leadership. Together, we've laid the foundation for something truly special. 💪 These associates are not just starting a job – they are helping to build a new culture centered on collaboration, performance, commitment, and shared values. It’s a unique opportunity for them to witness our first script shipped in early April and to be part of the rapid growth we expect in the coming months and years. In the near future, we’ll look back at this moment with pride – knowing that it was these very first associates who helped pave the way for the success and growth ahead. ✨
