Well 👏 deserved 👏 Join us in congratulating our newly promoted teammates!
Hats off, Racers! Congratulations on your well-deserved promotions.
May is #MentalHealthAwarenesssMonth. During last week’s all-staff meeting, we reminded Racers about our benefits focused on overall health and well-being. As a talent-centric and values-based organization: • We encourage paid time off to unplug, rest, and renew. This starts with 15 vacation days, 12 agency-recognized holidays, 6 wellness days to use however you need, 2 personal days, and, of course, birthdays! • We promote community and citizenship by providing 8 hours of social good time (for volunteerism or active allyship), and a democracy day to vote or participate in the democratic process in other ways. • We embrace flexibility regarding where, when, and how we work. When it comes to schedules, it's about autonomy and accountability. • We take an inclusive approach to wellness and provide a stipend for each employee to take care of themselves. • We provide a confidential employee assistance program – creating a safe space to receive help and resources regarding mental health, substance abuse, and general well-being. We recognize mental health's vital role in our lives and are committed to fostering a supportive environment.

Client: “We want to hire a Chief Tractor Officer to be the face of our social media. And we want the search for this new position to be major news.” Us: “Challenge accepted!” This week we supported John Deere in launching the search for their first-ever Chief Tractor Officer. The person selected will create compelling videos about the people and industries supporting all of us. The position was announced through a video featuring 49ers quarterback, Brock Purdy, leading the search (in a Deere tractor, of course). The video was star-studded (Gabby Douglas, Tyrese Haliburton, Natalie (Corporate Natalie), Anna Frey, iJustine and more) – celebs and influencers who were hand-picked to reach key niches. It all coincided with an ESPN interview, during which Brock touted the new job and shared the story of how a coyote crept up on our video shoot (seriously). Thank you to John Deere for being such an amazing partner and allowing us to be part of such a special launch!
We officially welcomed three new client partners today. Welcome to EdgeCortix, indie Semiconductor, and Sensera Systems. See the news release below:
