PeoplePlus has been shortlisted for the Award for Excellence in Building Purpose-Driven Impact at the Investors in People Awards 2025. The recognition highlights our purpose – to change lives today and change society tomorrow – and the way we put this into practice through initiatives such as the Social Recruitment Covenant, the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group and the Social Recruitment Framework. Judges praised the boldness of our approach in creating a national movement for inclusive recruitment, our measurable results including thousands of people supported into sustainable jobs, and the scale of collaboration we enable with more than 500 employers across every sector of the economy.
