      If your GLP‑1 strategy stops at “pounds lost,” you may be leaving value on the table. In a new study of people newly starting GLP‑1s for weight managements, individuals supported by Omada’s GLP‑1 Care Track lost, on average, more total weight and more body fat without giving up more muscle than those on GLP‑1s without Omada—translating into better strength, mobility, and metabolic resilience over time.
