NICErs in Pune, India raised the bar this Global Health Month! Bringing along their family members, over 1,000 participants attended the 2nd annual NICE Striders run, ready to challenge their limits – whether for the 3, 5 or 10km course! Abuzz with energy well before the starting line, everyone came out a winner, with our runners completing 4,000+ kilometers between them!
NICErs in Sandy UT and Atlanta GA are still soaring with energy after participating in NICE Wings – our flagship careers event designed to encourage NICErs to steer their careers at NICE, as well as to develop their professional, personal, and power skills. NICErs explored ways to develop a winning mindset and ignite their potential with an invigorating agenda of keynote sessions, panels, and discussions with peers, NICE leaders, and guest speakers. Atlanta NICErs were thrilled to hear insights from Communications Skills Expert, Author, and Broadcaster Nadia Bilchik. In Sandy, NICErs welcomed basketball legend Thurl Bailey who spoke about purpose driving our actions, and Amelia Rose Earhart who shared her flying experience as one of the youngest women to pilot a single engine aircraft around the world.
We’ve wrapped up Global Health Month at NICE, and our NICErs truly crushed it 🏃♂️🥑 From fitness challenges, healthy snack bars, and reflexology sessions to blood drives, First Aid classes, health checks, and wellness fairs – NICErs went all in to prioritize health, happiness, and everything in between! NICErs also powered up with inspiring global talks on the power of mindset, lifestyle habits, and how to get that perfect night’s sleep. Here’s to keeping that wellness momentum strong, all year long!
NICE’s Corporate Services teams celebrated their first divisional Appreciation Week across the globe. These teams, which include Finance, Legal, IT, and Facilities, keep our operations running smoothly to support every unit across the NICE organization. Often considered our ‘quiet superstars’, their passion and dedication are fundamental to driving NICE’s success. NICErs took a moment to shine a spotlight on their teammates and recognize and celebrate the incredible work they do. The NICE London office was taken over with dozens of smiling faces as NICErs brought along their little ones for an activity-filled day of pure joy. Fueled by sugar and fun, there was something for everyone, from movies and games to workshops and sensory play!
Hundreds of NICErs in Pune took part in an action-packed day of football fun at NICE GTC’s annual Futsal Tournament⚽🏆In true NICE spirit, 27 teams challenged their limits as they battled it out on the field to achieve the win. In the end, the Ninjas were crowned the winners of the women’s tournament, and the All Stars, with players from across the business, took home the tournament trophy!
NICErs in Sandy brought their families and team spirit for the Bees vs. Round Rock Express baseball game! Even though the Salt Lake Bees didn’t clinch the win, NICErs had tons of fun together, enjoying a VIP ball game experience! NICE Singapore received the coveted Great Place to Work® certification for the 2nd consecutive year! The team took the opportunity to mark this recognition while also celebrating Singapore’s National Day. Combining national pride with NICE pride, everyone dressed up in vibrant red – the fitting color for both occasions.
Celebrating with local Filipino flavors and games, NICErs in the Philippines enjoyed a vibrant and fun spin on the traditional Fiesta! The office was transformed into a lively scene of laughter and excitement as NICErs cheered for one another at the game booths and tucked into delicious treats.
