Joy, Laughter & Loads of Christmas Spirit at MoEngage! This year, we didn’t just deck the halls… we filled them with smiles that could light up the season! As part of our festive celebrations, we invited a group of kids from a local children’s home to join us for a day they (and we!) will never forget. There was a delicious Christmas lunch, a card–making competition bursting with creativity, and a beautiful tradition each child gifting their handmade greeting card to one of our team members right on the office floor. The energy was infectious laughter echoing through the corridors, colourful cards in every hand, and the kind of joy you just can’t fake. And because the spirit of Christmas is also about giving, we extended our support by donating a month’s supply of food staples and essential items to the children’s home, ensuring the love continues well beyond the season. MoEngage closed an additional $180 million as part of our Series F, bringing the total round to $ 280 million. The latest investment was led by new investors ChrysCapital and Dragon Fund, alongside Schroders Capital, with continued participation from current investors TR Capital Group and B Capital. But this moment isn’t just about funding. It’s about how we choose to grow. Alongside this round, we completed an employee tender offer, giving the people who helped build MoEngage a chance to share in what they’ve created. That’s still rare, and it’s intentional. We believe progress should be shared with the teams doing the work, not just announced afterward. This milestone also reflects a bigger shift we see every day. Customer engagement no longer belongs to one team. It’s shaped by product decisions, engineering systems, data foundations, and how marketing appears across moments that truly matter to customers. It wasn’t just engineers—teams from across departments collaborated under the spirit of MoEhacks and embraced innovation through InnovAlt. Top 3 teams with impactful business solutions and 3 teams with the most innovative ideas were rewarded with exciting prizes. Recently, we had the privilege of visiting Karunashraya: Bangalore Hospice Trust, a remarkable institution that provides free palliative care to advanced-stage cancer patients. This visit was a part of our ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, and we were honored to have the opportunity to give back to our community in such a meaningful way. MoEngagers volunteered their time and energy to participate in various activities at Karunashraya, from interacting with patients to assisting with daily tasks. 💙 At MoEngage, we believe in the power of compassion and the importance of supporting those in our community who are facing difficult times. In addition to volunteering our time, we also made a donation to help support the vital services that Karunashraya provides.
