Limbach Chattanooga’s VP of Sales, Jan Jennings, PE spoke at the University of Kansas - School of Engineering's annual foundation event as part of the Self Engineering Leadership Fellows Program. Through breakout sessions with more than 160 attendees, Jan shared how an engineering foundation can translate into sales leadership, helping engineers bridge technical expertise with business value, negotiation, and trust-building beyond the traditional technical path.
This Black History Month, we’re proud to officially recognize the Ashé Collective as Limbach’s Black Employee Resource Group. For more than two and a half years, Ashé has been creating space for connection, development, and meaningful dialogue, strengthening a culture where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to lead.
