Our Coffee Pals initiative randomly pairs team members for coffee chats each month and it continues to be one of our favorite internal programs at Level5 Strategy. These aren't scheduled meetings or formal check-ins. They're genuine opportunities for our people to connect across project teams and experience levels, creating the kind of authentic connections and building the trust and understanding that allows us to bring our best thinking to every client engagement.
