The program is designed to strengthen skill development, build confidence in testimony delivery, and encourage feedback while deepening our investment in talent. Over the span of nine months, participants engage in expert panels, live practice sessions, and one-on-one guidance, focusing on both technical skills and interdisciplinary knowledge.
