At the same time, women remain underrepresented in shop and field roles across the industry, reinforcing why this work matters. We are committed to helping close that gap by expanding awareness of careers in construction, investing in recruitment, and building pathways for women to grow and lead. From our youth apprenticeship program to participation in events like Women in the Trades open houses, we’re working year-round to introduce more women to meaningful careers in the trades.
