The programming for this month is both celebratory and informative, focusing on amplifying the importance of neuroinclusion within our workplace. We're looking forward to an exciting lineup of events, including: - Rock Your Socks Day, where employees are encouraged to wear colorful, mismatched socks to symbolize that our differences can come together to achieve a common goal. - A virtual event hosted by Evenbreak, providing an introduction to neurodiversity and workplace adjustments. - A series of virtual and in-person events featuring certified coaches focused on parenting children with neurodivergent conditions. - An informal Q&A session with Chief Talent Officer Scott Katz on how to best support employees in their professional growth. #LifeAtInvesco
As we reflect on #WomensHistoryMonth, we thank Invesco's Women's Network (IWN) for putting together thoughtful global and regional programming centered around the theme of "Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations." Throughout the month, colleagues gathered in-person and virtually around the world for events designed to help women reach their professional and personal goals. From networking sessions and personal financial discussions to senior leader conversations and educational opportunities, colleagues came out to celebrate, learn, and inspire each other. This year, we also celebrated the 15th anniversary of IWN, featuring a retrospective on the global history of the network, recognizing contributions from each region and envisioning the network's future. #LifeatInvesco

Tina is a Senior Manager for Internal Communications in our Hong Kong office. She shares what being part of IWN has meant to her. “I’ve been with IWN since joining Invesco in 2018. I’m normally quite shy and introvert, but the bonds I’ve formed through IWN have given me the confidence and motivation to step outside my comfort zone and strive for more, both personally and professionally. It’s really about women supporting women and I’m privileged to have worked with great people, both regionally and globally, on initiatives that have made real impact.”
