Michele Orillo, NCMA, has spent nearly 18 years with the Nevada Medical Group, starting out as a medical assistant and growing from there in multiple clinical positions before becoming a provider engagement specialist. Despite her successes, Michele never forgets where she came from. The work ethic she brings to her professional life originated from her upbringing in New Jersey, where her childhood included classic cars; riding her ATV; working on a farm; and above all, quality family time. Michele channels her humble beginnings and values into her daily interactions, whether it’s with fellow caregivers or community members. She refers to giving back as food for her soul, and she fills her cup as much as she can to do the right thing, volunteering and educating herself to be in a better position to assist others of all ages.
