Innovative Refrigeration Systems is proud to announce we’re expanding our main campus to 50 acres and 430,000 square feet of manufacturing space. This expansion will significantly increase our production and engineering capabilities while creating more than 200 new high-wage, skilled jobs in the Commonwealth. Innovative is investing in the expansion of our workforce and operations to meet growing demand for natural refrigerant cooling solutions across life sciences, data centers, cold chain storage, food processing, and other mission-critical industries. We’re proud to continue our investment in American manufacturing, workforce development, and natural refrigerant technologies built around ammonia and CO₂ systems. We’re especially proud to continue supporting workforce development through registered apprenticeship programs that help create long-term career pathways in skilled trades and industrial refrigeration. We’re also thankful for the cooperation and assistance of the VOSH Consultation services team in helping us maintain the safest manufacturing facilities in Virginia, as well as our team’s continued commitment to the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program across our manufacturing operations.
