As part of our IDM Cares mission, we offer our team members volunteer PTO each quarter and partner with community organizations to give back, Last week, our SW teams joined forces with Hope Women's Center, Inc. in Phoenix to help women in need! Our volunteers assisted with various tasks, including creating Valentine themed toiletry and outreach packages as well as sorting clothing and toy donations for the center's boutique, where women can shop with earned points from attending life skill classes and job prep trainings. Hope Women's Center has been providing counseling and outreach services to Arizona's most at-risk women and teen girls for over 40 years, and is truly a safe haven in the heart of the desert. Thank you for allowing us to play a small part in furthering your mission.

The last few months have been busier than ever - we attended the ACE awards, wrapped up our Season of Giving, highlighted our maintenance teams during Maintenance Appreciation Week, celebrated our residential teams at our annual IDMY awards, and introduced new mentors, all while still giving our residents the best customer service possible. We are excited to keep showing up the IDM way throughout 2026!
That’s a wrap on IDM’s Season of Giving - though giving back is something we’re proud to do all year long. 💛🎁 From November 17th through December 5th, our teams across the PNW and SW partnered with incredible community organizations to spread some cheer and deliver real impact this holiday season. Together, we: 💝 Participated in 12+ volunteer events 💝 Engaged 141 volunteers 💝 Contributed 277 hours of service 💝 Packed 120,000 meals for Feed My Starving Children 💝 Assembled 400 food boxes for the Clark College Penguin Pantry 💝 Packed and provided food boxes for 151 households at Phoenix Rescue Mission 💝 Repacked 12,400 lbs of food, providing 10,300+ meals through Clark County Food Bank 💝 Made 10 dozen treats for Ronald McDonald House families 💝 Built 18 Heavy Helpers for Children's Center 💝 Removed 5 large trees and relocated 50% of the soil at St. Vincent de Paul’s Urban Farm …and so much more. We’re incredibly grateful for our community partners who open their doors to us and are on the ground making this work possible. We're excited to continue giving and supporting these amazing organizations as we move into 2026! ✨
IDM's Season of Giving is underway! Throughout November and December, teams in both the PNW and SW will lend a hand to our community partners through volunteer events. Our teams are helping feed children in need, packing food boxes for Clark County Food Bank, stocking the Clark College Penguin Pantry, donating time to shelter dogs, and setting up classrooms at Share House. This is one of our favorite traditions each year, and we’re grateful for the chance to work alongside such incredible community partners.
Meritum Sonoran Desert welcomed home its first residents! This vibrant desert haven was planned with intention, designed with meticulous attention to detail, and built with our residents in mind. Every grand opening represents a piece of the IDM story and shows off the heart and talent of our teams. We hope our residents are as proud to call Meritum Sonoran Desert their home as we are to call it one of our favorite achievements.

We are excited to announce that Acero Hawes Crossing in Mesa, Arizona has completed lease-up and is officially stabilized! We couldn't be prouder of the exceptional teams who made this incredible milestone possible. A big thank you to IDM Builds for delivering a thoughtfully constructed community - it's no surprise it has already been nominated for the Developers Award by the Arizona Multihousing Association! We can't wait to see Acero Hawes Crossing thrive for years to come.
We are proud to announce that Bennington on First, our largest PNW community, surpassed 500 leased homes! This marks an exciting milestone - over 85% of our 588-home development is now leased and nearing stabilization with the final building on track for October delivery. We’re incredibly grateful to the dedicated teams whose hard work and passion made this possible.
