HKA welcomes our new colleagues in July and August 2024
On September 7, HKA colleagues, participated in the DC Bike Ride to help raise funds to support the local community in Washington, DC. Proceeds from the DC Bike Ride support local initiatives such as the Washington Area Bicyclist Association, Fruitful Planet, and the Wounded Warrior Project. Our colleagues biked throughout DC and briefly through Arlington, Virginia, seeing many historic landmarks such as the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument, and completed the bike ride near the US Capitol Building.

HKA celebrates six regions featured in Consultancy’s international consulting firm rankings. Consultancy’s web-based global advisory and consulting news platform ranks the market’s leading performers by service and industry. HKA is delighted to be featured in 46 lists across six regions. Their rankings are based on “proprietary research by Consultancy.org, and the views of thousands of clients (i.e. buyers of consulting services), consultants and industry staff, job seekers and graduates. The data spans all segments of the consulting landscape, from strategy, management and organisation to mergers & acquisitions, finance, supply chain, human capital and dozens of other areas of expertise.” HKA is awarded Gold to Diamond level across ten lists in both the United States and Europe. These include Diamond for Forensic & Litigation and Construction and Platinum for Aviation and Oil & Gas. In the United Kingdom, HKA is featured in eight lists, including Diamond for Forensic & Litigation and Construction and Platinum level for Management. In the Middle East rankings, HKA is awarded Diamond for Forensic & Litigation and Platinum for Construction, Management, and Project Management. In the Asia rankings, HKA is awarded Diamond for Forensic & Litigation and Construction. In Australia, HKA is awarded Diamond for Forensic & Litigation and Construction, and Platinum for Management and Project Management.
To honour Mandela Day, our team from Johannesburg held a Career Day at the New Jerusalem Children's Home. This year, Mandela Day encouraged us to impart knowledge and empower the next generation. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s quote: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, we held our Career Day as part of our Community Impact initiative. New Jerusalem Children’s Home provides holistic and integrated quality care for vulnerable children. It has been championing children’s rights for over 21 years and currently accommodates 117 children, from infants to young people aged 21. We also donated school and sports supplies for the children's educational and physical needs, as well as appliances to help the running of the home. We're very proud of our team in South Africa who continue to make a difference in their community; a job well done!
