Our Athens team proudly participated once again in the Race for the Cure – with colleagues joining the 5km run and the 2km walk. 🏆🎉 Beyond the finish line, what truly inspires us is the spirit of unity, compassion, and commitment that each participant brought to the event. ✨ A personal milestone I’m proud to share! When I first joined Guidepoint, I knew one of my long-term goals was to become a people manager. Leading and supporting others to grow in their careers has always been something I’ve been deeply passionate about. Fast forward to today — I’m managing an incredible team across Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Osaka. 🌏 One key lesson I’ve learned recently: hashtag#communication is never one-size-fits-all. Whether it’s giving feedback, collaborating on projects, or simply motivating the team, I’ve learned (and am still learning!) how to listen more deeply and adjust my approach to fit each person—and each culture. We recently had team-building events in our Tokyo and Osaka offices! The challenge was to build the tallest structure using just 20 pieces of pasta, one big marshmallow, some tape, and a rope!
