Employee Spotlight: Danielle Richardson, Sr. Inside Sales Specialist II (GenScript employee since 2018). If our company were a playlist, what song would you add? "Don’t Stop Believin’ – Journey because even when we meet challenges, we keep believing and follow through on our goals. What’s the most “you” part of your job? "Being part of a team and the opportunity to be creative each day in how we connect with our customers." What’s your favorite way to brainstorm? "Drafting out an idea right away, step away for a little, refine and share." What moment made you feel like you truly belong here? "From Day 1 my team cheered me on. Whether I was learning or proposing new ideas, I felt like the support was always there to develop my career."

GenScript Culture Highlight! Jiayu Zhen - IT Ops Manager (Right) If our company were a playlist, what song would you add? "Whatever It Takes" by Imagine Dragons. The song captures resilience and the willingness to step up when things get hard. To me, that reflects our company's value - “Dare to Win”. Not just aiming for success, but being willing to take ownership, push through challenges, and keep moving forward even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. What’s the most “you” part of your job? Helping colleagues navigate problems with clarity and confidence. When issues come up, I don’t just focus on fixing what’s broken. I focus on helping everyone involved understand what happened, why it matters, and what the best next steps are. That combination of problem-solving and communication is where I feel most like myself. What’s your favorite way to brainstorm? I enjoy brainstorming in a collaborative setting where the atmosphere is open and relaxed. Sometimes a simple joke or a meme can help the team look at a problem differently and spark new ideas. I’ve found that when people are comfortable enough to laugh and think freely, the conversation becomes more creative and the solutions easier. What moment made you feel like you truly belong here? When I noticed people weren’t just coming to me to fix problems anymore, and asking "What do you think?” Being part of conversations about decisions and direction made me feel trusted, valued, and that I was a genuine part of the team.
