Our monthly Thursday Social in our London and Woking offices was a hit! Great drinks, tasty snacks, and even better company. 🥂✨ Nothing beats winding down the week with a fantastic team and a quiz! Here’s to more laughter, teamwork, and fun times together.
This month we hosted our Boomers to Zoomers webinar, exploring the differences and similarities between generations. A panel of FE fundinfo colleagues from across generations got together to share their experiences and ideas about generational stereotype. We explored what it's like working with different generations and the considerations in the workplace when it comes to communication, values, leadership and much more. While we touched on many areas, there seemed to be general acknowledgement of an ever-evolving global landscape that we must all navigate with thought and care, especially when it comes to how we interact with one another.
This month, our colleagues in Hong Kong have nominated Children’s Cancer Foundation. The Children’s Cancer Foundation provides comprehensive support services to children with cancer and their families, including medical, emotional, and financial assistance.
🌟 As a company, we are committed to championing diversity, bridging cultural gaps and cultivating a culture that supports collaboration and employee engagement. Part of our commitment includes an internal Diversity and Belonging group that leads projects and initiatives, enabling us to benefit from a wide range of perspectives while simultaneously enhancing creativity and innovation. Here is what being a part of our Diversity & Belonging group means to Charlotte Mills, our Employee Experience & HR Operations Manager: "It's so great to meet with people from across our office locations and departments, and connect at a really human level on a wide range of topics that inevitably mean something slightly different to each of us. We each bring our different characteristics, our life experiences and our individual understandings of the world around us to our monthly workshops. I find it to be a really warm, welcoming and respectful safe space and we have some great discussions which help fuel FE fundinfo's D&I strategy."
This month, our colleagues in Italy have nominated Telethon as our charity to support. Telethon is a non-profit organisation that manages fund-raising activities and guarantees the necessary resources for research into rare diseases.
The team together in our Zurich office!
