We love our Wellness Days.💜 They come around every quarter, and each one feels a little different. The February edition is always about seasonal contrasts! While some Dynatracers are hitting the slopes, soaking in thermal baths, or staying cozy at home, others are out surfing, swimming in the ocean, and soaking up the sun. Wherever we are and however we spend this extra day off, one thing's the same—we all get a long weekend to rest and recharge. 🔋
We kicked off the year with our biggest-ever Sales Bootcamp in January. ✌️ At Dynatrace, every sales journey begins with our Sales Bootcamp. This monthly onboarding program supercharges new sellers, bringing together Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Sales Leaders for an intensive week of classes. In January, we welcomed 42 participants from around the globe to our Waltham Headquarters.

Dynatrace has been named Austria's Most Innovative Company for 2025 by trend. and Statista. The recognition is granted by a jury of 40 innovation experts and backed by insights from 400+ professionals and academics with experience in the field of innovation. The Trend magazine spoke with our co-founder and CTO, Bernd Greifeneder, about the nature of innovation at Dynatrace and how we keep it flowing. "We register around 15 inventions a year and hold 150 patents. The declared goal is to build the product in such a fresh and agile way that the organization's size does not have an impact. The teams are structured so that they have enough autonomy. An important key to this is that all developers work more or less in the same time zone. Because software development is a creative process." Read Bernd's interview: https://dynatr.ac/3UM5wIC
Our first Global Culture Party was a beautiful celebration of cultural diversity in #DynatraceLife. 🌎 Delicious traditional food and drinks, stories from home, and culture talks filled the space when our teams met in their local office or remotely for the event. 🫶 Countless countries across the globe were represented. As one of our biggest offices, our Engineering HQ in Linz is a record-holder with 17 nationalities represented. Our smaller offices organized cozy celebrations by hosting cooking sessions together. Plus, over 120 Dynatracers joined two Remote Culture Parties organized for our remote employees.
