A message from Centerstone CEO David C. Guth, Jr.: I recently joined Centerstone’s CEO-elect, Dr. C.J. Davis, and our VP of National Policy, Lauren Conaboy, in D.C. to meet with federal leaders at HHS, CMS, SAMHSA, DPC, and others to discuss advancing access to high-quality behavioral health care nationwide. I was proud to share how our federal programs are changing lives. Through our Zero Suicide grant, 99.96% of clients in our High Risk Pathway since 2022 have not died by suicide. In Columbus, Indiana, our Crisis Response program has diverted 95% of mental health and substance crises from law enforcement. In Florida, our ACT program has reduced hospitalizations by 80% and homelessness by 67%, while our Drug/Recovery Court has achieved a 74% decrease in arrests and nearly 90% of participants are now housed. And with 988 and CCBHCs, we’re helping transform behavioral health by providing timely, cost-effective, life-saving care. It was an honor to highlight the incredible work of our frontline staff and show how Centerstone partners with state and federal leaders to make lasting impact.
