Tuesday, May 19th is Support Worker Day, and we’d like to send a big thank you to all of our dedicated, amazing support staff. Every day, CarePartners CSWs support patients and patient families in countless ways across the province. They bring comfort and warmth with their words and actions, and for patients, a smile and some warm words from a CSW may be just what they need to get through a challenging time. These therapeutic interactions are a huge point of light for patients, in what can sometimes be a very isolating experience. Our administrative staff form a vital part of the CarePartners team, working hard each day across Ontario in roles of branch administration, coordination, and shared services. They constantly search for ways to improve the experiences of frontline staff, patients, and patient families - and we are proud to work side-by-side with this incredible group. Their skills are numerous, but we think it’s especially worth highlighting the patience, dedication, organization, and problem-solving this team commits to undertaking every day.
