Congratulations to Cindy Maze for completing 40 years of service! Cindy began at Brasfield & Gorrie as an overage typist in the Utilities division. Throughout the years, Cindy continued to find growth opportunities, learning how to roll an estimate, buy out a job, and draft subcontracts. After joining the Legal Department, she enrolled in paralegal courses and earned certifications. Now an executive legal assistant and Founders Award winner, her colleagues know her as a historian, an encouraging teammate, and Legal's best cheerleader. Thank you, Cindy, for your decades of loyalty, enthusiasm, and service to others.

We recently opened a new 9,650 sq ft Field Training Center in Birmingham near Irondale! The Field Training Center offers training and classes for employees looking to gain new skills and advance their careers. The accredited training programs offer several NCCER certifications and serve employees all across our footprint. This center represents an investment in our employees' career development that will leave a lasting impact for years to come.
Corey Ryan, assistant project manager from Atlanta, was recently activated from the U.S. Air Force Reserve and deployed overseas in support of U.S. Central Command. Corey shared these photos after teammates sent a care package to his unit. We recently teamed up with Chick-fil-A Supply and Stream Realty for a day of programs highlighting the value and opportunities for women in construction. A diverse group gathered at the Chick-fil-A Supply distribution center project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to learn more about the experiences of women in construction. After a jobsite tour, four women who work in different construction roles shared their insights on a panel.
