Last week, our Chief of Staff Amber Cirincione brought improv into the classroom at Cristo Rey Orange County High School—sharing tools for navigating the unexpected, thinking on your feet, and backing your voice. Since 2003, we’ve built a reputation for innovating gear and apparel, and the Founder’s Jacket is the latest to carry that legacy forward. Jodie Udzenija, our Product Category Director, led the design of our most formal functional piece yet. “The Founder’s Jacket is a staple for a men’s capsule wardrobe. It pairs well with chinos or denim and a button-down or polo.” Hidden functional details include mic wire guides, secure internal pockets, an abrasion-resistant nylon liner for those carrying gear, MOLLE for pouches, hidden handcuff key pockets, a tunnel seam for flex-cuffs, and elastic retention in the internal drop pocket. The biggest challenge? “Allowing users to carry everything they need without the gear printing through. Our Technical Designers did an incredible job with patterning, construction, and fabric choice.” Following a strong limited release, the team plans to expand the line with complementary shirts and pants.
What an incredible week at SHOT Show 2025! We had an amazing time connecting with the community, unveiling some exciting new products, and hosting two unforgettable events at our Las Vegas retail store.
