After a very lengthy interview process I was low-balled in terms of compensation and PTO. I was willing to meet them half-way but ymarketing wasn't willing to do the same. They asked me to come in at a lower salary and with half of the PTO I currently had and work my way up to the position I had originally interviewed for. So the job posted for the senior level position wasn't what the job they were actually filling.
