The Interview was Straight Forward. It was the first round with the HR. Basic questions like every HR interview, what have you done, tell me about you. What struck me was they wanted to have 3 more rounds of interviews after this one and also wanted me to come to NY to meet in person. They just messaged saying you didnt get the position. Even after mailing the HR they didnt give any specific reason as to why I didnt get it.

Two directors conducted a single online interview with me. There was no initial screening—just a one-hour session where we primarily went through my portfolio and resume. They also asked a few basic questions about my visa status and availability to start.
