The what3words interview process is by far the most thorough but engaging and pleasant experience I have been part of. The Talent team here do a fantastic job of bringing candidates in to the vision, mission and purpose of what3words and have you sold on the company before you've even received an offer. Although the interview was many stages, their replies, answers and next stages are fast so you're never left waiting for too long. I was also sent explanations if they weren't able to provide me with next steps immediately or over a weekend so I wasn't left questioning myself.
