Entretien
There were several stages - firstly a recorded video interview answering three questions, followed by an interview with the Head of TA, a brief chat with the hiring manager, a pitch stage and then a final round with the hiring manager. This was the best interview process I have been through for any role - communication from the recruitment team was excellent, and I feel I was given all necessary information at each stage to put my best foot forward.

And I think another senior person makes the ultimate final decision.
Really disappointing, had an extremely uncomfortable phone call with someone from HR, who did not make me feel at all at ease and who I felt had a bad attitude. I was told I would be processed to the next stage over the phone, only to be informed at 6.30pm on a Friday via email (!) that this would no longer be happening. Really not happy with this treatment, totally unprofessional and such a shame considering how interesting the company seems.
Judging from other reviews it seems that my case is not unusual, so something needs to be done urgently here to stop the company losing out on talented candidates.
The company mission is great, the recruitment process as it stands not so much.
