I have passed the different tests, one of the last calls was to speak with a person from the company who I think did not sleep well because he yawned during most of the call. In the end they told me that they decided to continue with another person without any additional feedback.

Just a screening call with a recruiter going over my background. I explained 2 projects I worked on(a batch-processed scala/spark pipeline, and a rdbms to data warehouse sql pipeline). The interviewer proceeded to tell me I was not a data engineer. V dismissive vibe, hadn't experienced that in any other interview.

Entretien
First round was programming passed
Second round was HR rejected due to student visa , they don’t proceed with student visa. Better apply with blue card or job search visa. Programming round was average 2 python , 1 sql question and some multiple options on databases and git.
