Awful process, went through 6 interviews and 1 technical test. After each interview they would leave me out in the blue with no answer to the e.mails for 1 week. They were never clear about the recruitment process, at the beginning I was informed of 3 interviews plus 1 technical test, which turns out it was a lie. On the pre-last interview stage they told me that I was being invited to visit their office and have the last interview there. 1 week after I was told I had to have 2 more interviews instead. One of this last interviews was a useless 45 minutes conversation with some HR intern, which should have actually been the first conversation as a phone screening at the beginning of the process and not at the end. At the end and after all the time invested into these 6 interviews, I had absolutely no answer from the company to know what was their final decision, they rejected my phone calls, never answered my e.mails. I guess this whole experience can say a lot about they care and treat people inside this company, no matter how much they try to advertise that they are so nice and organized, this is not true at all, organization is not something they can brag about for sure. Awful experience.
