The interview was approximately 10 minutes. After the interview, they offered me to trial for about 1.5 hours. The store was pretty quiet at that time so I was not able to showcase my skills much.
It starts off with general interview questions and going through your CV. You then do a 'discovery session' where you experience difference roles you do as part of front of house- bar, floor

You apply and complete an online assessment. If successful, you’ll receive a phone call from the manager for a short chat. They will then invite you to a two hour trial shift.
