I have been ghosted after several interviews, no answer even after a follow-up email. This is not fair for the applicant that put energy and time. An answer or a feedback would be appreciable.

I had an initial positive interaction with a recruiter who found me through LinkedIn and suggested we have a conversation about a potential opportunity. I made the effort to prepare thoroughly for our discussion and was told I would receive feedback by the end of the following week. However, two weeks have passed since that expected response time, and despite following up politely, I have received no communication or update. This lack of follow-up and professionalism is disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the recruiter initiated contact. Effective communication and follow-through are crucial in the recruitment process, and my experience here was lacking in both. I hope this feedback helps improve their processes and responsiveness.
