This is the first interview process I have had that I felt like the interviewer was asking me questions that determined whether or not I would be a strong fit amongst the team I'd be reporting to. Instead of feeling pressure of answering questions a certain way, I felt like she genuinely was getting to know me and my work style. I walked out of the interview feeling comfortable.
