After my resume and application were accepted, I was sent an email with a test to complete. The test I took was a Personal Index assessment. After completing the assessment the recruiter followed up, and scheduled my interview. I then received a full agenda for my interview day. I first interviewed with the HR team, and then was scheduled to meet the CEO the following week. All meetings were on time, and in line with the agenda I received.
