thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience here at Glassdoor and for your valuable feedback. And it seems we definitely failed to meet our own standards here according to your experience. Especially when talking about giving timely feedback and valuing all the time and effort you have put into the process.
We would like to apologize for that and we think, that we can agree that not every process is perfect but in your case, a couple of things seem to pile up and we would like to encourage you to reach out to either your direct Talent Acquisition Partner or to recruiting@uberall.com to elaborate a little more in detail what happened and to help us to enhance the process in the future, as this is nothing we can be proud of.
The only thing we would like to mention additionally is, that due to the budget change, it was definitely fairer, to address it as soon as possible, instead of making an offer or letting you sign a contract which could have caused some implications later. Do you agree with this? But we agree on the other side, that it must have been disappointing in the end, not only for you.
