Entretien
Interview process was pretty standard. Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager. What surprised me was that this company didn't have the decency to get back to their candidates. Ghosting seems to be a part of their business practices. I know another person who applied and interviewed for this same position. They got the exact same treatment after round 1. I made it to the final round and never heard back at the end. I find this to be unprofessional and inconsider ofnthe candidate's time.
