The interview process was transparent and helped me gain great insight into the company culture, workflow and associates. I was offered a phone interview based on a resume and cover letter. Following my 30 minute phone interview, I was offered an in-person interview with two of the members of the team that I would become a member of if offered the position. The team was transparent and did not play waiting games about letting me know where I was in the interview process. The interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, and I actually enjoyed speaking with all of the people that I interviewed with.

I went through a total of 6 "rounds" of interviews including a phone interview, 3 in-person interviews, a reference screening, & lunch to meet additional team members! I was overall very impressed by the effort they put into picking the right person for the open position. I felt their questions were challenging yet fair and many stemmed from merely wanting to get to know me as a person. I was eventually offered the position and felt very welcomed my first day.
