Several weird steps and a very personal questionnaire +IQ test. Not recommended. The actual people seemed nice but failed to get back to me even after being in the final stage

I received an email saying they’d like to move forward with my application, and to wait 1 week to hear back. Over 1 week and a half later, their team emails me and says there are no positions suitable for me at their company. When something changes and a company no longer wishes to pursue your application, they’re typically very honest and describe what they were looking for. This lack of attention to detail (previous emails) came off negligent.
