I was called for an Interview with the Head of Projects. He made me very comfortable during the interview. Although I had worked on site, I had done all activities that a person sitting in Head office would do under Project Coordination. Still he did not select me for the job, just because I had not worked in Head Office.

Technical interview as quite lengthy and was taken by person having v good experience in designing of cement plants. Please go well prepared in terms of tech interview. HR Round was ok.
