Sat down with the founder and others in charge discussed everything they needed to know about me and vise versa. It was very relaxed and informal "no fluff". Just a conversation about what I could offer them and what they could offer me.

The questions are focused around "Needing people who can figure out solutions to scale the company and not just fit a role based off your job title. You don't need a lot of experience as long as you're willing to learn and dedicated.
