Applied online and received an email request for an HR interview in about 2-3 weeks. I had the screening and the recruiter was VERY pleasant and honest about the hiring process and who it reported too. I did not make it to the 2nd round because my background was in business/partnerships and it seemed like they were looking for someone with more of a sales background.
