The whole process was clear and straightforward, the communication was smooth. I got all the information to prepare well for the interview rounds. The interview consisted of 3 rounds with HR, technical and manager related focus.

A 25 minute phone screening was scheduled. It was unusual that the recruiter didn't specify the exact time slot, she wrote I should expect a call around 10AM and the call would take 25 minutes, she would describe the interview process, she would ask about my background and motivation, and I would get to ask questions. She called at around 10:10, summed up the interview process in 5 words, then asked me about my situation. She seemed to lose interest after I told her I wasn't currently living in Denmark. (I wouldn't require visa sponsorship, it was all in my CV.) She mumbled something about that they had so many candidates and she would let me know in writing about the next steps. Then she hung up without asking me if I had questions. The call took around 8 minutes. I was thinking, no way this person was going to determine who got to advance to the next phase. No way. It was unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. Good luck Lego on your future endeavors, you will need it!
