J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group
Entretien
There were several interviews to get through before the offer was officially made. The interviews were relevant, curious and focused on past professional experiences and clear communication on when I could hear back and what the next steps would look like. The LEGO group bunch are energetic and professional and made the interviews feel fun. It was a smooth interview process with a case study/project to complete and present as my final interview. Overall, it truly was one of the best recruitment experiences I have ever experienced because the recruiter really worked with me, was responsive and communicative all the way through to my first day as a fabulous point of contact.
