First interview with a recruiter who was lovely. Next, with my hiring manager who was comfortable and personable. Next was a case study I had a week to work on and present to to my potential team. The last and 4th interview was with two other lead creatives and was also engaging and welcoming. I felt my questions were answered, and they asked engaging questions that helped me share my skills, personality, and approach to the work.

An okay interview process: Clear job description → 30-min recruiter screen → 1-hour technical/behavioral interview → 45-min team chat → quick reference check → offer within 2 weeks. Respectful, structured, and timely.
